Lisa and Rick Jacobs are the proud owners of L. Jacobs Farm. They enjoy waking up every day to work with caring, and motivated people to bring quality genetics and exceptional Wagyu cattle to farmers across the U.S.

Steven Bryan is our cattle manager. He is responsible for breeding, vaccinating, and daily care of the cattle. He is our facility manager and equipment operator. Steven brings years of cattle management experience brought over from working at Lemmon Cattle Company. He has a wealth of cattle working knowledge that he brings to our team.
Dr. Larry White, D.V.M. is our embryologist. Larry is responsible for the reproductive health of our cattle and oversees our embryo transfers and super-ovulation procedures. Dr. White is a very experienced embryologist and co-owns Dixieland Embryo Transfer. He is frequently flown across the U.S. to perform similar procedures elsewhere.
Winston Neal is also our embryologist and partner to Larry White. He co-owns Dixieland Embryo Transfer. He's also responsible for overseeing embryological procedures.
